We collect personal information to provide and improve our services. This includes names, email addresses, and usage data from people who use our service and people who contact us.
We also collect professional information about lobbyists and individual firm owners from government registers, industry and public sources, and from subscribing firms. We may publish lobbyist information through our services, but not information about individual owners.
Firms confirm they have permission to submit personal information for publication, including lobbyist bios.
3. How We Use It
We use personal information to provide and improve our services. We do not sell personal information. Firms pay for the publication of their own Lobby500 profiles, not for personal information.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Lobby500:
- Vercel - hosting
- Supabase - database and authentication
- Payment and invoicing providers - payment records and processing. We do not store card details.
- Resend - email delivery
- PostHog - analytics
- IPinfo - network information
- Upstash - rate limiting
- Sentry - error monitoring
- Trigger.dev - background job processing
- Notion - customer relationship records
These providers operate under their own privacy policies and may process data outside Australia.
